Apple Cider Mimosa


  • 1 ounces brandy/dark rum/whiskey (whatever you enjoy most)

  • 2 ounces apple cider

  • 4 ounces chilled champagne/processo/sparkling wine


  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Additional apple cider

  • Apple slices (optional)


  • To rim the glasses stir together the sugar & cinnamon in a bowl. In a separate bowl, pour in a small amount of apple cider. Wet the edges of the glasses in the apple cider, then softly press the wet edges in the cinnamon/sugar mixture to rim.

  • Pour 1 ounce of brandy/rum/whiskey and 2 ounces apple cider in each glass. Top with 4 ounces champagne/prosecco. Garnish with apple slices and enjoy with brunch after a weekend Barre class!
