1 ounces brandy/dark rum/whiskey (whatever you enjoy most)
2 ounces apple cider
4 ounces chilled champagne/processo/sparkling wine
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Additional apple cider
Apple slices (optional)
To rim the glasses stir together the sugar & cinnamon in a bowl. In a separate bowl, pour in a small amount of apple cider. Wet the edges of the glasses in the apple cider, then softly press the wet edges in the cinnamon/sugar mixture to rim.
Pour 1 ounce of brandy/rum/whiskey and 2 ounces apple cider in each glass. Top with 4 ounces champagne/prosecco. Garnish with apple slices and enjoy with brunch after a weekend Barre class!
