BARRE BURN WITH AMY
Expect a slower burn and some slider & booty band action. This class focuses on elongated reps and form to tone and sculpt your muscles. We'll work to get that deep burn in the muscle that you will love/hate me for!
BARRE STRENGTH WITH AMY
This class uses weights and cardio to increase the heart rate, burn calories, and build muscle all while using Barre technique to focus on form and control. Get ready for fun songs to dance it out to!
DANCE CARDIO WITH AMY
Get ready to SWEAT! 30 minutes of non stop dancing to fun themes. No dance experience necessary!
BARRE FLOW WITH AMY
This class offers a more traditional Barre style moving through series to improve balance, stability, form, and technique. You can expect an added touch of mobility, lengthening of the muscles, and a longer stretch at the end.
BARRE LEGS & BOOTY WITH NAZ
Heavily focusses on working your booty & legs using the barre technique, to give you those long lean muscles & round perky seat. So take selfies of your booty and tag me! Always expect a warm up, tiny bit of cardio and a full body blowout in this class.
BARRE ARMS & LEGS WITH NAZ
We'll tone your entire body from head to toe, while focussing more on your upper body, arms, chest and back. We can all get ready for tank top season which is far, far, farrrrr away! But sexy arms and drinking will help us get through this winter! Expect a warm up, sometimes sliders, some cardio and a full body blast in this class.
BARRE ARMS & ABS EXPRESS WITH NAZ
Sculpting your arms, while working your abdominal muscles and core using barre inspired exercises. There might be some slider action in there, so get your sliders, dish towels or paper plates ready! I promise your abs and obliques will be on fire, after just 30 minutes!
BARRE BOOTY & ABS EXPRESS WITH NAZ
Carving out your abs, while working your booty, sounds like a great duo! This is a 30 minute class, which flies by so quick, you won't even know what hit ya! Great combo alongside another class, such as Dance Cardio or an Arms & Legs class.
EXTRA WORKSHOPS AND INTENSIVES
These are extra weekly classes, workshops and intensives. They vary from slider intensives, ballet dance workshops, arms & push-up focussed classes, sip & stretch sessions, all booty intensives, etc. These will definitely add some spicy goodness to your weekly fitness routine.
