Get ready for this SWEAT fest! Elevate your love for barre with this one-stop shop cardio & strength-based class. This full body burner, combines barre strength, Plyometrics and cardio HIIT delivered at lightning speed! Recommended for those who have taken at least 10 classes.

Looking for sexy toned arms? This class mainly targets our shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps and core. Achieve next level results with more intense strength training, barre variations and higher reps. We recommend having a comfortable understanding of our barre technique for this class.
STRETCH & MOBILITY
Press pause & release all the stress! This class is all about creating mobility, optimizing recovery and improving range of motion in our bodies. Our meditative pace guides us in attuning ourselves to the subtle muscles needed for improving our posture, alignment & daily functional movements. This class type is perfect for all levels.
